I've had my taxes completed here for the past 6 years and I've always received very good service.
A very negative experience. I contacted them over the phone to get a few questions about their service and how they could help me, and I got no help. Veronica said she'd find out to give her a call later on, and I did, and she said she had forgotten to check on the info.
I scheduled and appointment and spoke with Carol, who, after speaking with me, decided that Veronica would be the person with the expertise to handle my case, and that I should give her a call or an email. I wrote an email and received no answer for 7 business days.
Tax-related services need to be timely. I will not take my business to them this year nor will I ever recommend them. Quite unprofessional. IF things come up, and I understand they do, at least be upfront and honest about it. Don't give me the ring around to keep me hanging around and wasting my time.
