Aside the slow customer service they have an atm that's never working always need to travel to another town for atm after hours and during while open. I mean they should of remodeled that damn atm also.

And we buy stuff online sometimes and I thought all my information was put in correctly you know since the person helping me set up an account had all my info in her hand and if I could remember her name I would warn you guys but I don't. My social security number was wrong and thankfully the IBC bank in Edinburg helped me out in no time so God bless their souls. If you want an account with this bank, go to the one in Edinburg.
Worst bank I've ever delt with!!!! Drive thru or lobby if there is 3 customers ahead of you.....you better believe you're going to be there for an hour maybe more.
