Awesome staff broke my collar bone last at a baseball game. Went to night clinic they recommend a specialist in McAllen. I wanted to stay local. Went in as a walk-in. Was seen in less than an hour.
Dropped off a x-ray that needed to be evaluated by a Dr. During lunch. I left my contact information and was told I would be contacted if a appointment needed to be made. Didn't receive a call that same day. Called the next day and receptionist sounded as if aware tried to transfer me to the "back" waited for about 5 minutes and nothing just dead silence. Hung up.
Doctor explained the situation. Gave me options and let me choose. Left it up to me. Did push either way. Awesome experience.
