Called this funeral home and asked for a quote for my daughter's funeral. The owner gave me a quote so I went in to sign the contract. When I got there the price had almost doubled. I asked why the price was different and they said "that was the price for cremation". Bait and switch in my opinion.
I was deeply disappointed.. while doing the paperwork, the lady walks in with a bottle of water and didn't offer my family and I any.. then when I came to the viewing: the flowers weren't up, the booklet wasn't out, my family member was a veterinarian so the flag wasn't on the casket (my brother had to help them move the casket, so they can lay the flag) and the pamphlets weren't ready till 3pm (the viewing was at 11am).. very very disappointed..
