Service awesome. Merchandise awesome!!! BUT I can never get through the number to call the store. It always makes me want to look some were else.
Terrible customer service. Trying to speak with lauren from weslaco store about sofas purchased and she kept talking over me the whole time and chuckling about my situation. Sales agent stated i purchased leather sofas, real leather and yet now they are peeling. Buy from a real furniture store. Biggest buying regret!
Nice friendly service
Beware, Horrible customer service, first of all they charged my card without my signature or approval and without me being present. The business also charged me an nsf fee for no payment, even though i have paid them on time every month. Jessie and lauren argued that their paperwork was correct and we owed them money even though i had a bank statement to prove that they were wrong. They argued that on April 10th 2017 they drafted a payment from my bank and just today almost 4 months later they received notice that it wasnt paid. on may 2017 i went to close my bank account but the bank Rep notified me to wait till my last transaction cleared he told me to return in 2 days so i did and when i returned he showed me there were no pending transactions and account was clear. Fast forward to today, i got a print out from my bank that there were no pending transactions and that craigs furniture had been paid on the date they alleged they had not. I took the print out to jessie and she argued that compass bank is wrong and craigs furniture is owed a nsf fee and payment. She stated and restated that she was right and alluded to her paperwork, and both her and lauren "'I'm the owners daughter', as she said" laughed at me and my husband because they were sure we were wrong. Lauren even went as far as to say "i can pick up your merchandise right now". Lauren stated i needed to get on the phone with my bank because we were wrong. Lauren went out of her way to try and intimidate us by saying "im the owners daughter" My husband spoke with the manager as jessie refused to help us and both her and lauren left on a lunch break. It turns out the manager found their mistake he stated we owed them nothing and then removed all fees associated. Beware.... To craigs furniture you are nothing but a pay check, they do not respect you. These two girls jessie and lauren think they are above you and that you work for them. Please be careful when getting into any business with this company they do not care for you as a customer at all.
I posted a review on the bbb and stated the same information and the company posted that they credited us as a "COURTESY" not that they credited us because they made a mistake like the manager stated and proved to us with documents. I unfortunatley have to continue to do business with this company but as soon as i pay the items off im not coming back.
