The ER staff has gotten much better, but i will never trust this place with my life. If you HAVE to go, make sure you take someone who's going to question everything they give you or do
I went in around 11 PM last night as a new patient and I was quickly attended with friendly service. Everybody was very very friendly and attentive. The doctor and nurses checked up on me often, and asked if I had any questions about anything. If I ever have any problems, I will definitely go back to this place!
Have been here three times that I can remember. Once admitted for pnemonia. It was pretty good. The second time some girl probs. The most recent was for a viral infection. I felt like I was dying. They started a saline IV and did many tests to determine why I was feeling the way I did. Everyone was very nice and didn't make me feel like a faker which regional did. I was not faking. . .I was in a lot of distress. Thank you doctor. Thank you nurse from Alamo. Thank you very much to the old guy with the Asian tattoo that took my blood. He made me feel calm and was very funny and sweet. Thanks so much for everything. Yeah the bill might hurt my feelings but I'm alive thanks to you guys! Y'all are the best. Hope you guys had a happy Thanksgiving and happy holidays to the ER staff. Amazing people!
I've given birth at this hospital and nurses treated me excellent. Went a couple of weeks ago to get my gallbladder removed and nurses and doctor's were nice, helped me feel at ease.
The Outpatient service is horrible. Online says to come 30 minutes before your appointment when you really should come 4 hours before your appointment because that is how long I took. To top that off, I spent less than 2 minutes registering and less than 10 minutes at the labs. A 4 hour wait for 12 minutes is UNREASONABLE. Very disappointed with this service.
