We were needing 2 rooms to evacuate from Corpus Christi during Hurricane Harvey. After failed attempts to find rooms in surrounding valley hotels, we tried this location. SOOO glad we did. The entire hotel / rooms very clean and updated, reservations and all staff extremely accommodating. Complimentary day starter was full breakfast !!! Scrambled eggs cooked fluffy and hot, crispy bacon and tasty sausage. Hope we don't have to evacuate again but 6 of us in my family highly recommend this location !!!
We were evacuated from South Texas because of hurricane Harvey.. Your staff made us feel right at home. They were polite and courteous. May God bless them all. We were so stressed because of the situation but there was one thing I didn't need to stress about and that was breakfast.. Your kitchen staff was amazing always making sure there was plenty for everyone.. And there was allot of evacuees from South Texas.. So thank you so much for everything!!!
The lobby looked clean and very comfortable. My room, a double queen beds, was great. It had a big TV which we really enjoyed. I didn't use the pool but might have if it was a little more inviting. The staff were very friendly. I plan to be back in the area in a couple of weeks and will definitely stay at this hotel.
The hotel was renovated about a year ago and it looks and feels very high end. We stayed in the two room suite that had two large flat screens. The room and floors were very clean. The bathroom was top notch, sheets were good. We could have used an additional blanket but there was not one in the room and we didn't ask for one. Just changed the temp on the ac. Breakfast was great, the staff was very helpful to us. I would definitely stay there again and again. This was one of the cleanest hotels I have every stayed at. I work for an airline and travel for a pleasure a lot. I know hotels.
The staff was courteous, the hotel was overall clean and very nice. However, only downside was all rooms seemed to be very humid, like the sheets and pillows would feel moist when you get in bed. Had to turn the A/C way down to make it comfortable. The free breakfast every morning was really good and had a ton of options.
It look so good that I thought it was a new building.
