While the park itself is only half decent it also hosts the valley nature center which is the area's real draw. There is an entrance fee if you want to walk arround but they also have a native plant nursery which you can access without A fee. The nature center features a wide variety of plant insect and animal life and hosts a turtle pond and a fairly big artificial waterfall for the birds

Not even sure if it is still open, but this place was great. You could rent the pool for a party. Very secluded behind Valley Nature Center on the East side of Gibson Park.

The kids have fun every time we're there

I love this park lots of shade not that many people and always a good place to hang

Cool place to hangout and see art work within the park. Now has a trail to walk or run on.
