Honesty, I like the mailman, but I am still waiting for a game...did it arrive
caught mailman leaving notice instead of knocking to drop off a package, other times, twice, when no one's home they've left large packages at the front door instead of leaving a notice. They never answer the phone, and they don't always scan their packages instead they send them directly to the McAllen office and don't get scanned until they've reached that location. They're pretty much a ball of useless men working there, never have I had a single one of them be helpful with any problem that I've encountered with them.
They never answer the phone poor customer service. Plus I caught the mailman crashing into the trash cans just for the hell of it . When they weren't in the way of the mailbox or even close to it .
They do not deliver packages. They seal them. I hate theses people. I don't know how the hell they have not been punished. The man in charge is rude as can be, and disrespectful.
Very very poor customer service i have been calling since yesterday nd all day today and they all ignore the calls or just hang up on you. I was suppose to receive a pkg since 4/28/17 and its 5/2/17 and i haven't gotten it and no answer, they don't even deserve 1 star but i had to put it cause i didn't have an option
