I contacted border animal hospital for general advisement and the receptionist, Gracie, was very rude over the phone. I was given information about the hours of operation and told that it was my pet therefore my choice to bring him in today. I asked to speak with a veterinary technician or perhaps the Doctor and she advised me to call back repeating the hours of operation. I went to the extent of having a house call made to avoid visiting border animal hospital. I do not recommend this hospital and I will inform everyone I know of this experience.
Went in to set an appointment for shots on 3 puppies for July 2nd , I went ahead and called to confirm the time of my appointment and for some reason I was t scheduled until the 9th of July !??? So un professional, they can't even call me and tell me they changed my appointment day !? Or did she just put it for the 9th and told me the 2nd !??
Got us in right away for our sick cat...nice Drs & staff
