Me and my child visited your weslaco store, we were in the store browsing for about 5 minutes when my child tells me one of the employees got after her for being in the toy aisle without me. They sent her away, I was at the end of the aisle and was upset on what happened. I asked for the manager on duty and I asked the manager for a corporate number and if I can see their policy because of the situation. She said ok, she walked into an office and came back with neither. She said that they don't have the policy and she doesn't know where I can get it. She walked to the front of the store and came back with her cell phone, she had the store manager on the phone. I got the phone and he immediately raised his voice at me asking if I wanted a copy of the policy and then he apoligized and introduced himself and I explained what happened, he told me they didn't have to give me a copy of the policy that if I want to I can try going on their website and there is a complaint number on the website as well. The employees and manager are very rude with attitude and every 5 minutes they are shouting in the intercom to not leave children unattended, my child was not left unattended I was at the end of the aisle shopping. I go to many different stores everyday this had never happened in the 7 years I've been a parent and I find this really rude. The store is lacking customer service and respect! Children will be children, one second they are next to you and another they are down the aisle looking at a toy that caught their attention. I understand the store is taking precautions but they over do it at this store. I will not be returning to this store and I won't recommend this store to any parents, children seem to be a big problem in this store. I hope they take action and fix the problem for their customers.
Very cheap but great stuff. But theres to much stuff to where its very cluttered in there. Also very hot. No A/C.
