The moment I walked into J C Penny Salon I felt welcomed by Letty, was the stylis. My hair look great. Letty treated me like I've been her client for years. She erased all my doubts and fears I had about my hair!!! She was very informational about different ways of styling and taking care of my hair. I wanted my hair colored also next month. Not only is she a talented hair style , she has the best personality and always filled with laughing. Letty, is the best! ! !
I love going to jcpenny for the great deals. Today i was excited ready to buy saving with my coupons and as i waited for help no one had no sense of urgency the guy in the home department was very lazy and sucked.
Didnt like how whatever clearance left was put up in the front entrance with all sizes mixed around. Would've given lesser stars but the sales person in appliances had a great personality and was very helpful assisting my parents buy a new stove and fridge. Even one of the managers i asked a question to seemed bothered when I asked for a specific department's location. She vaguely answered and pointed 'over there', which still didn't help. Another manager I later asked apologized for what happened and gladly showed me exactly what I was looking for.
Back to bring one of America's favorite shopping spots. Good quality at bargain prices. The sales & coupons are unbeatable!!
For black Friday expected more more signs and more discounts on the better brands other that that everything was organized even with all the rush of BF
