If I had gone to that other store, you know which one I'm talking about, I would never have had such help. There I always had to get and load everything myself.
There was nobody in the area I was in to ask for help, had to walk nearly halfway across the store to find someone.
They treated us awesome they helped us and explain to us how the door knobs or going to go unlike Home Depot thank you Lowe's and the wonderful young man that helped us Luis Silva sales specialist

After he loaded up all my cement onto the flatbed he took everything up front for me and even loaded it all onto my truck. I tried to load the cement myself but he swooped in and began grabbing the bags before I could - a half dozen 80lb bags. All the while he had the sunniest of smiles!
I am so grateful for all the help Martin & Ricky gave me today, they helped me with an online order & even helped schedule assembly on the product. They were both very knowledgeable & I left very satisfied.
Then off to the cement he went. I showed him the type I needed and he asked me to hold on because he may have some on clearance due to tears in the bags. He was able to find me a couple.
These people don't know what they are doing. I placed an online order for two items that showed in stock on the Lowes website so I placed the order for pickup at store. When I received the confirmation that the order was ready I went to the store to pick it up. When I arrived I waited for 30 minutes for the customer service desk representative to help a customer in front of me in line. Once it was finally my turn I I proceeded to give the worker my order details. After another half an hour of her trying to figure out how to pull up an online order someone finally helped her find it. The same person then tells me they can't give me my order because the item has a recall. After arguing back and forth with them I finally decided to call customer service to tell them what happened. Customer service told me that the order showed that it was canceled in their system because inventory showed zero. I told them the two boxes I ordered are on the shelf (see picture) but they refused to give them to me because of a recall. After some back and forth with both corporate and the store manager Barbara (who is rude) I finally told them I am done wasting my time and will no longer be shopping at Lowes. I urge anyone that shops at this store to take your business elsewhere.
The staff is very helpful. Especially the appliance girl. She is small but has a vast knowledge of her inventory. . Very nice also

The young man I found, Leo, was quick to help, going above and beyond, not hesitating to follow me all the way back across the store. I asked him about the staples and he quickly found them. Not only did he find them but he presented me with one box of every size so that I could choose the one I needed.
I was at the Lowe's in Weslaco yesterday (5/17) to purchase several bags of cement. I also need some fencing staples but wasn't able to find them.
