This is basically my last resort please help me and do something for us I am very disappointed at this situation of all my years that I've dealt with Sears never have I ever come across anything like this and you're so sad
Upon checking all the reviews has you can see all of his family members are the only ones that have been putting good reviews because even customer-service state it that they have a lot of problems with that store and that's not the only thing that happened that day Brigit the woman that works or she left the money bag to the reach of me my kids anybody we walked in the store and the money bag was just sitting there on her desk 30 minutes after we have been we had been there waiting for her sitting down just waiting for her coz she was too busy God knows doing what she comes running from the back-to come and get the money back-and ask or was that money and then she says yes and I reported that to Better Business Bureau
They are very helpful and also have very good services
Went in and tried to be civilized to fix a certain issue and sadly was disrespected and Told to get out of the Store by The Employee Bridget , I was forced to call the cops to address the issue .I would expect Better from Sears but sadly I was wrong.
Hello my name is Jacqueline Gonzalez and I recently visit your store in Weslaco well I bought a window unit for $500 I put it on a lease purchase program 3 weeks later the machine does not work I have the receipt for it all I want is my money back or credit For a nother one unfortunately even though the machine Is only 24 days-old and I have my receipt and the product with me owner state it or manager I do not know what he is but he said his name is Daniel Lozano he stated that he did not care he wasn't gonna return or exchange the item until a technician went out there and saw the item which I told him all you had to do was plug it in and you will notice that it does not work will after the technician goes The 30 day warranty will void Then Mr. Daniel will not honor the 30 days because it will be obviously past 30 days these people called the police on me I was not being rude I was not being annoyance I wasn't doing any of that all I was doing was talking to customer-service inside their store which they got a police officer and a escorted me out of that building made me feel like a criminal I am not a criminal I am pregnant and I did not deserve that kind of treatment on one is an exchange oh my money back I have a receipt that is an injust think to do I don't have money to just go and buy another one while I wait for the technician I cannot do that I cannot afford that so now I'm at home left with no AC in the heat with my Kids and my pets
They have good service its a nice place to go they are not rude.
I have reached out to channel 5 I have reached out to channel 4 I have reached out to Sears escalations nobody is doing anything about it and I don't think anybody is gonna do anything about it because of Mr. Daniel's attitude like he stated he can-do whatever he wants because he Is the owner
I LOVE THIS PLACE! THEY HAVE EVERYTHING I NEED AND THERE'S ALWAYS ALWAYS GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! I'VE NEVER HAD A PROBLEM :) IF I COULD RATE IT MORE STARS, I DEF. WOULD!!!
