I don't hate the place at all! I do find it surely lacking, however, as employees are totally lacking in training. When I need something, staff makes no effort to accommodate me in my need. Today I was looking for 10" solid wheels with a 3/4" bore for a pony cart. Nobody offered to order them for me. This is so typical!
We love Tractor Supply. We get all of our chicken supplies there as well as the 4Health cat and dog foods. 4Health pet foods have the same high quality ingredients in the same amounts as the much higher priced foods on the market. I recommend Tractor Supply in Weslaco, Texas.
Fair place to buy ..but worse to call and get info.. try McCoy's better..its next door with better service., and overall better prices.
This place needs some serious improvement. I've had to travel to San Benito and Edinburg for the last 4 to 5 months because they never have what I need. This product is a must for me and buy about 6 to 8 20 lb bags a month. I call and I get placed on hold and never get an answer yet when I call the other stores around the valley they are very quick to respond. Really bad when I have to travel out of my town to other towns because this store doesn't care about keeping items on stock.
Great place they sell everything I need wish they would get personal that really cares about customer service.
